Service Advisor



Qualifications and Job Requirements:
– Maintain an efficient service department environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
– Effectively listen to the needs of the customer for accurate quoting
– Clear writing skills for clear and thorough descriptions
– Review work in progress and communicate progress with customer
– Request parts needed to complete jobs after quote is approved
– Open and close customer paid, warranty and internal ROs
– Work well with a team
– Maintains enthusiasm and an atmosphere of teamwork and success
– Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude
– Commitment to an exceptional customer experience
– Skills Lightspeed/Evo experience a plus
– Valid Driver’s license with Motorcycle endorsement
